I always wanted to be an entrepreneur to explore that field for a couple of months during the second half of 2021 while working for Sears only so I got to know I am a bit raw and not ready right now after meeting a couple of ventures I got from LinkedIn and getting their feedback that is why joined I healthcare startup (Innovaccer) to learn more about the startup world
From Jan 2022 - right now working as SRE 1 Innovaccer - A health tech company that works for US clients only and US gov institutions
I played multiple roles here with only 1.5 years of training and mentoring 2021 pass-out freshers and learning a great deal about the industry.
Total exp: 4 years almost
Target Gmat - 740
Extracurricular - 1. Gold medal in quiz in school Vodafone quiz competition I am quite good in GK and history I mostly know about everything about cultures and expires in the history of the world
2. Part of the organizing committee which conducted the Indian Science Congress in the year 2018 and also a member of the Indian Science Congress India
3. After Gmat planning to join an NGO to further improve my extracurricular sections which involve the environment which is an area I am concerned about.
Can you please help how I can improve my profile further to stand a chance?

Having the ability to grow past your comfort zone is the first sign of a promising MBA candidate. I like how you grew within the scope of one company, tried your hand at entrepreneurship, realized your shortcomings and need for further learning, and moved into a health tech startup to build your knowledge (and profile) further. If you have worked in two diverse industries, show in the application an immersive knowledge about the market dynamics, competition, and value proposition for the customer base. What are the nuances of these industries and how did you have to think on your feet as an engineer/product developer? What did you learn? Don’t miss highlighting "fast learning," team building, and the ability to combine technical prowess with a vision for the company's business. Startup experience is actually a blessing for you since you would rarely work in just one role. You can capture the years of experience you acquired in just one year and the impact you had on the organization—strategic and immediate.
Its never late to get involved in some community work. But please note that last minute NGO engagements rarely have any meaningful impact in the applications. While demonstrating a balanced right brain thinking and a search for meaning beyond the numbers is important, you can also do that by reflecting back on your personal and professional engagements from early on and demonstarting how you empowered your peers or juniors within the scope of your personal/professional activities.
Target a high score on the FE. You do not have a strong undergrad pedigree therefore try to prove your academic potential to the best of your ability.
