Hi,
I wanted to take the GMAT Focus Edition instead of Classic GMAT and since officially you are not allowed to reschedule/transfer from one of these tests to another, I had to cancel the existing GMAT Classic Exam appointment. But when I am trying to book for the new exam, now they are showing that you cant book within 16 days of the appointment (there is no live appointment existing anymore since I already cancelled the existing appointment).
Now, I am stuck and unable to book either. I have to give the test by 30th Dec, 2023. What should I do?

I have raised an email explaining about this scenario. My primary concern is there are holidays coming up and teams might be on leave to address to these tickets and I don't know when will I get a resolved approach to this since I have a hard deadline of giving the test by 30th.
1. Can someone recommend something?
2. Should I consider giving it by creating a new account?
