hello guys iam sree completed my Btech in electronics(2005)..gave Gmat twice...first time i dint took score bcoz i was worried to see the score..some how again i gave gmat(480 score Q32 v20) this time a little better preparation but not much ....i thought of doing MBA right after Btech..i donot have work experience .i want to know how crucial does work experience plays in US ?....should i otherwise give GRE and complete my MS ..and give again with some work experince.My aim is to get MBA degree from good university of US.

Work experience is one of the most important factors in the admissions process in the United States. Some competitive schools accept students with limited work experience but these students generally must show high potential such as high grades, high test scores, and have extensive extracurricular activities.
