Management Consultants write very little, all in bullet points.
Equity Analysts write a bit, though judging by the reports they don't value talent. Plus the report is about 1/10 of the job.
That said, MBAs aren't exactly positioned for roles that involve writing all that much. Perhaps you ought consider law?

Maybe sell-side equity shops or more of a research role?
I've authored couple of white papers for my company and I find that enjoyable. You can always try to shoot for a role that values producing research papers and stuff...
