CAT Vs GMAT

Question

Apologise if this is the wrong place to ask my question, I'm new to this site.

I'm an OCI (Overseas Citizen of India) holding a US passport but am an Indian resident. As I'm nearing my final year, I'm stuck on deciding between CAT and GMAT.

IIM A clearly states that it requires the GMAT from OCIs. Could someone clarify if IIM B and C accept GMAT scores from an OCI as well? I found the information on their website a little confusing.

GMAT scores are required from non-Indians to gain an admission into the IIMs.

Not clear which course you want to pursue MBA ( PGP) or PGPEX..
CAT is for Indian nationals only for PGP program

Even though am not sure which course you are enquiring about, given the fact that you are in final year right now, CAT might be better. And yes, both IIM B and IIM C accept GMAT scores for their 1 year MBA programs!

I am enquiring about the 2 year PGP course. As I'm living in India as a foreign citizen, I was wondering what exam I'd have to take because IIM A requires GMAT but B and C's details on the website are a little confusing. Thank you!
