Will have six years of W/E upon matriculation

6 years at S&P Ratings - lateral once, promoted once- worked on a ratings team covering financial institutions

1 year Co-Op at Johnson & Johnson during college (managed another intern as well), does it count as a year of work experience, it was full time.

-internship at Morgan Stanley (received full time offer)

Undergrad school/major:  BS in Finance from big state School (think Penn state/Rutgers/UMass)

Race/nationality/sex:  Asian/Male/26, born in the US

GRE Score (include breakdown!):  318 GRE (159Q, 159V)

Undergrad GPA:  3.42/4.00

Goal of MBA:  break into investment banking

Target schools:  Cornell Johnson/Darden/Tepper

Please rate my chances at these schools and anything you think I can do to improve my chances.

A high score will also need the support of an all round work experience for admission into these reputed colleges.

Johnson, Tepper, and Darden are all solid choices for schools that will help you break into IB. That being said, would you entertain other schools that might feel more like 'safeties'? These all feel like targets for your profile, so long as your storytelling is on point. To make them feel more like solid targets, you could also retake the GRE to add a few more points to each split. Also - what about your previous/current extracurriculars/leadership?
