770 GMAT with 3.8 undergraduate GPA is exceptional. But that alone cannot guarantee you an admit into H/S/W. 4 years of work experience is ideal when applying to business schools but schools give importance to leadership roles in your work experience. Did you receive any promotions at your work place? Were you a part of high-profile deals during your work-experience. What about your involvement in extra-curriculars? I can give you a better profile evaluation if you provide this information. All these along with your essays form an important part of your application. If you plan to apply for fall 2015 admissions, target R1 and start working on your application.
