Hi there
You've already got a lot of good advice on your GMAT plans, so let me give you some inputs on your college plans.
Quote:
With a 700 GMAT, what are my realistic chances at these schools?
Columbia, Kellogg, Wharton - While 700/645 is a little below their median GMAT, your leadership roles and measurable impact (glad to see you mention the metrics. Most people don't give these enough importance on their resumes), and those awards should easily make up for it. So you'll have a very good chance at these colleges even if you don't retake.
INSEAD - While GMAT won't be a problem, INSEAD gives a lot of importance to international experience/exposure so even if you haven't worked abroad, make sure to incorporate the "international" focus somehow in your profile.
IIM/ISB - I'm not a big fan of the IIM PGPX (1-year) programs, which I assume you'll be targeting. ISB is very good though, and 700 should be fine.
Other schools you can consider:
Booth - known for its marketing analytics and strategy focus (and not just for Finance

). It's also very scholarship friendly.
Duke/Emory - Both schools have solid reputations in marketing and leadership development
Cornell - has a strong marketing program and focuses on strategic management
HEC Paris - in case you want a more "within reach" option in Europe
Final Thoughts on GMATIn case you do decide to retake, make sure you make some changes to your prep and overall approach, else you'll end up with the same or similar score. I have seen it happen enough times. Get in touch with one of the guys who have posted earlier on this thread and have a one-on-one discussion.
