Hi guys,

I just wrote the GMAT on Tuesday and got a 740 (q48 v44). I know that UT looks at the last two years of undergrad so that would be a 3.8 for me. What do you think my chances are for acceptance for next year? I don't have any undergrad business or accounting courses and I'll be completing their prereqs this summer and fall.

Also, do you think I'll have any shot at a scholarship at a different school, maybe USC or UNC?

Hey there, you should be fine. I went to UT undergrad and am planning on applying to UT MPA for Fall 2013. I had a friend get in this past year with a 3.4 and a 680 on his GMAT so you should be fine. I'm sure with those numbers you would be set with some scholarship money.

Good luck!
