Call and/or email the admissions office of HEC Paris. They can probably fix it very easily on their end if you provide them with the proper email address and have the information sent to your recommender.
Don't fret. You're not the first person to have this happen. It also will not impact your chances of getting admitted!

It appears to be a genuine error and can happen to anyone.
You should get in touch with the Admission Committee and have it resolved.
