Recently the Graduate Management Admission Council (GMAC) announced several changes to the GMAT administration, including the use of a whiteboard for scratch paper and new delivery methods. The changes will be in place for the January 2006 administration. If you're planning to take the GMAT in 2006 or later, be sure to check out the latest information here.

Far as I know, these changes will only come into effect when Paterson Vue takes over the administration in 2006 January. Up till then, ETS will continue with the scratch paper policy that's exisitng currently.
