Here, I would like to state a complaint regarding your test center for the exam held on 8th April 2018. We were being allotted on New Delhi ,India, Cyberstation (STN11659). The exam check-in time was 9.30 am, however, it started at 2 pm. The reason for the delay was for no internet connectivity as they didn’t pay the internet bill, stated by their TCA (Mr. Own). When asked the TCA or other office coordinator (Mr. Mridul Srivastava) for the time it would take to start the exam, they were very rough on their attitude. I believe this kind of behavior is not tolerated for the TOEFL Test center. Secondly My friend who was allotted on the (STN11659A) and their address was in the third floor, but it was on the second floor. Moreover, there is no office in 3rd Floor. Seat availability is very congested, hardly you get way to pass from one way to the other.
In addition, their TCA or Coordinator doesn’t even care for our parents, how rude they could be when they tell them to get out in loud manner which will not be tolerated. The way they were dressed, or they way they speak broken English are very unprofessional. Even Mr. Own and other coordinator were asking for any other help we or our friend might need. I was confused, so I went with Mr. Own and asked about it . They said if we want we can change our seats or even make someone to sit at our place for the exam. The charges to pass the exam ,they asked for that was even higher and they said that no one would even know about this. I was shocked. If this kind of practice is followed, then we would surely take this matter to another level as in this case other candidates would crack the admission and the deserving candidates might not. I have complained on ETS but still its going on.
