Cheating on At Home GMAT and EA

I was contacted by someone 7-8 months back who claimed he had been helping students cheat in GMAT take home successfully for a few weeks. The person in question offered me a pretty good amount (almost equivalent to what I charge for a full course) if I were willing to solve questions while someone else took the test. He said he would broadcast the questions to my computer and I wouldn't even have to leave my house. I didn't take the claim seriously back then and just snubbed the person.
Around three months back, however, somebody else contacted me again via a tutor-hiring portal. This time I felt the need to evaluate if it was really possible to cheat in GMAT and so I had a comparatively long conversation with him. The person told me he was using deep ear inserts and camera implants with high zoom capabilities to cheat the test. The entire arrangement was pretty costly and full-proof he claimed. I politely told the guy no teacher would ever agree to do this for him to which he said even more politely that he already had a team, had already helped dozens of students score upwards of 750 and was looking to add 1-2 extra experts to increase his clientele. Needless to say that I gave a big resounding 'no' to the person but it genuinely demotivated me to know that there was a loophole in the system now which the rich could exploit. I thought of writing to GMAC regarding the same but since I didn't have any proof and it was just a claim made by someone on a phone call, I didn't.
Just yesterday I came across a news that very recently an SSC (a very popular Indian competitive test) cheating racket has been busted in India. People were implanting a minuscule earpiece in students' ears that was connected to a bluetooth enabled phone like mechanism implanted in the soles of their shoes, and somebody was speaking the right answers to them while they wrote the test. This reminded me of my conversation with this man. I am pretty sure that he was actually doing it and rich students are rigging the test successfully. Shamefully, there are teachers out there who are helping this entire thing exist. But this is something GMAC needs to consider because it is they who have created this loophole in the system. Not sure if we can do something to stop it.
