Choose between WashU (Olin) and TCU (Neeley)

Hi everyone. I got admission from both, with 40k scholarship for Olin (70k to go) and full-tuition scholarship for Neeley (13k to go for MBA fee). I am applying to Vanderbilt Owen as well, but the result will not have come out before mid March. Right now, I need to choose between Olin and Neeley as the final deposit deadline in Neeley is coming.
Profile: International student, 29 years old, 7 years of WE in government (think SEC in US). My most prioritized goal is in corporate finance in an US corporation (at least for a few years if the H1B visa is ok). I also come with my family (wife and a baby), so I would love a good environment for life.
Olin:
- Pros: Better on almost all aspects, though I don't know how the employment and economy in MidWest are now.
- Cons: I have to take a huge loan, so it will hurt me if I cannot get H1B visa. Also, the weather is a bit worse in St. Louis than in DFW, but I don't think the difference is significant.
Neeley:
- Pros: big scholarship, its employment statistic is quite good compared to schools in the same tier. DFW has many jobs, and also there are many Vietnamese alumni of Neeley, so the network after MBA is probably easier I think.
- Cons: Lower reputation, too small class size.
I highly appreciate all comments. Thank you so much!
