Hi
1)Do we need to fill all the work ex related info into the portal and if we don't , does it have any bad impression on our future application?
2) Can we avail the complimentary service of sending score to 5 colleges after the test or we need to send it on the spot only?
3) Are Gmat Prep test exact representation of GMAT test as I have heard from many GMAT prep test are easy in comparison to actual GMAT.

Until OfficialGMAT gets back to you:

1. That information is for the GMAC itself. Schools don't depend on the information you disclose (or don't disclose) to the GMAC, and it is probably not even made available to schools except in the form of test taker studies, in aggregate form.
2. No, that selection has to be made just before your exam starts. After the exam you'll have to pay on a per-program basis.
3. The GMATPreps are not "easy" in comparison to the actual GMAT, but they are not perfect either. They certainly can't simulate exam pressure.
