Hi all,
Am pretty new to the MBA scene and I have something that almost every newbie would need. I have two things in specific -

1. I need an insight on which specialization is famous in which college? For Eg. Booth is famous for Entrepreneurship, Finance etc.
2. I need an insight on the Work Type / Avenues / Pay Scales / Recruiters for each of the multiple specialties..

Are there open threads addressing these or can we look forward for one?

Also, personally I would like to know more about Party / Event Management specialty disciplines and it's career scope and avenues.

Thanks in Advance

you can find most of the information youre looking for on each school's employment report page. for example, schools like chicago booth and NYU stern are known as "financial" schools due to their overwhelming placement of grads in the financial industry (about 50% of their graduates).
