I have considered the four big schools that you have previously mentioned, but the thing is that I understand most of the "big" schools' MBA programs want their applicants to have professional work experience. I will be a just a recent graduate when I apply, which is in December. I have always worked throughout my 4 years in college, both part-time and full-time. Do you think I will even have a chance in any of those "big" schools, or should I just stop dreaming and applied to some schools that I "might" have a chance to get in?
Here's a bit about my profile:
Female, 22 years old, Chinese
Languages spoken: English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
Undergraduate major: English Lit 3.4 GPA and overall 3.4 GPA
Minor: Chinese 3.5 GPA
GMAT: Not taken yet, but will in Oct.
Work experience: I've worked for 5 years both part-time and full-time through my college years mostly in the retail industry.

First, how do you address the question: why now?
Do you have a compelling reason why you should study now instead of a few years in the future?
There are certainly quality schools in the West that take students with limited experience including, of course, Stanford.

The UC Davis MBA program admits students with an amazing range of experience as well as a select number of students who enroll directly from an undergraduate program without traditional work experience. Typically these candidates demonstrate superior academic potential as well as outstanding leadership, maturity, and focus by their success in extracurricular and community activities. Full-time work experience is not required for admission."

"What are your minimum requirements for GMAT, undergraduate G.P.A. and work experience?
A6: We do not have minimum requirements for getting accepted into the program. Our GMAT, GPA and work experience averages can be viewed on our student profile. Please keep in mind that although we have average numbers, the ranges are wide in every category. If an applicant is lacking in one area, but is strong in other areas, he or she may still be admitted."

as I have already mentioned, there is a story about 22 y.o. girl admitted to Harvard this Fall.
