Congratulations for your admit.
Well both schools are good , but you need to do your own analysis viz.
Compare RoI , speak with alums of your similar background check what are job opportunities available post course completion, if money saving is your lookout see what is the cost of living at both cities..

Hey Tejas congratulations on your admits. It would great if you could share more details like total cost, location(geography) preference, your post MS goals and so on to help people provide you much better advice. Another good way to look at the choices would be to dig up the employment reports and see which of the 2 schools places better into your target industries/job functions and what kind of outcomes internationals have post an MS. Going strictly by location only, UT dallas due to its proximity to Dallas- Forth worth metroplex would have much higher opportunities.
