I gave my first attempt at GMAT focus today and got 655, and while I am considering a re attempt, I wanted to know which colleges I can considering sending my application to for MiM.
I completed my bachelor's in Production and Industrial Engineering in 2023 with a GPA of 3.73/5.0. While I don't have any full time work work experience I have internship experience in the field of Marketing and as an analyst in Fixed Income Markets (both of them being for a period of 6 months each).
In terms of extra curricular activities, I was involved in the organisation and management of several events organised by the college society I was a part of (Entrepreneurship and Incubation Cell) and was also a member of the executive body of the society. I also worked on a couple projects but they were a part of my college curriculum.
Based on this, realistically, which colleges can I consider?

prajjwal_verma hope you are doing great655 on the FE isn't a bad score, but if you are trying to maximize your odds at the top-tier programs, a retake would be better. I am also from a production and industrial engineering background and went on to do my MBA from INSEAD, so feel free to connect with me for advice if you are in two minds regarding the MiM programs.
As you are an Indian candidate, I would suggest applying to the top MiM programs that focus on strategy roles, business analysis or consulting. I know some of the programs I suggest below are relatively new, but note that the flagship MBA programs at schools like LBS, INSEAD, and HEC set a strong precedent for their MiM programs. As long as a school has its MBAs working in leadership roles or as hiring managers in top firms, there will always be opportunities for MiM students from schools with top MBA programs to get into decent strategy roles after graduating.
You could apply to HEC , INSEAD, LBS, ESSEC, ESCP, St Gallen and IE
Best wishes

That's also what I was thinking. I have boiled my situation down into two scenarios: Hope that the jobs market improves very soon, get a work ex of 3-4 years and then apply for MBA, in which case a retake is no-brainer. Or I could start applying for MiM now, and start working on my application soon.
So I am considering assessing the strengths of my application this week, and if I feel that a retake is necessary, I'll do it
