Hey guys,

I have a quick question reg. the new 16 days retake policy. What is not quite clear to me is whether you can retake ON the 16th day after your exam or 16 days after your previous exam (sorry, maybe bc I am not a native speaker).

For example: i had my test on the 9h of August. Am I allowed to retake on the 25th (that would be on the 16th day) or 26th (after the 16th day)

Thanks a lot for your help and thoughts.

Best

The mba.com site will not allow you make an incorrect selection. For example, if you already have an appointment scheduled, and you try to book another appointment 2 days after that, you'll get an error message. Try it and let us know. If you want to be absolutely sure that the site hasn't made a mistake, just call up Pearson customer service.

Hi eunashi,

The new scheduling rules were discussed in this thread here. You can also ask direct questions to a GMAC Rep (his name is Jeremy):

Did we ever get an answer here? I am looking to take my first attempt on March 14th and my second attempt on March 30th. That is exactly the 16th day after my first attempt. Is that correct or will I not be able to take it again until the 31st?

I agree with AjiteshArun. You will not be able to schedule a GMAT any sooner than GMAC allows on its site. That said, when is your actual GMAT?
