Hello guys,
I have my GMAT exam in 5 days. I am pretty much okay with the Quant section but needed improvements in Verbal. So I went through
Manhattan prep books on SC, CR and RC. Although with SCs I have become comfortable now and also doing better in RCs and CRs, I am just confused with particular parts of the strategy both in CR and RC and that is, taking short notes while reading the argument/passage. It is a wonderful idea to do so but I feel even if the notes I make are short, they still eat up some time. This gives me a little worry as generally I am already struggling with the time management in Verbal.
Please suggest me whether I should practice the notes making thing in CR/ RC for the days remaining or there is a better way.
P.S: 1. My retention power is average and it becomes more average in the CAT.
2. Skimming through the passage does not work for me.'
Thanks in advance.
