Hi,
29 years old male from India. I have already done full time MBA from IIM C, 2013 Batch (Low GPA)
Did not land a great job from campus, courtesy my Low GPA; Had to make quite a lot switches to actually come at Par.
Finally decided to go back to school and took the GMAT.
SCORE- 730
Q50, V40, IR5
Serious doubts on AWA as well as I never really prepared for IR and AWA. I am kind of disappointed as I was getting 750-760 regularly in GMAT official mocks (I purchased the full pack). Ironically Q50 and V40 in mocks was equivalent to 750 Total.
To cut the long story short -- Really confused about what to do next. Any advise on what colleges to apply will be really welcome.

10th-95.4%
12th-81.6%
B.Tech (NIT Dgp) : 8.4/10
MBA (IIM C) : 5.2/9
4 Job switches over the last 5 years. Current designation AVP in a private Indian Bank.
References: Can arrange from my previous organisations, but will need help in identifying the right persons to approach to.
Extra Currics: Not much to show here- Was part of Runners-up team in Inter NIT Cricket Tournament
Won the Intra-college Counter Strike Premier League

Unfortunately it's going to be quite tough for you. My advice would be to aim for b-schools in the 50+ range (based on US News & World Report). You've got a number of challenges: you are coming from the toughest demographic when it comes to b-school apps & one that tends to have very high GMAT scores. So while a 730 is a strong score, it's actually fairly average for your demographic. The fact that you already have an MBA makes it harder to make the argument that you need another one (although there are strategies there for sure), and the fact that your GPA was low is a challenge as well. You've also changed jobs more often than the adcom likes to see - it's hard to have significant impact when you're only in a roll for a year. So it sounds like it may be difficult to show your accomplishments at work as well. Given all of that & the fact that you would like to get a scholarship, I think you'll need to look in that 50+ range. Hope that helps & good luck to you!
