Based on what I've heard, a St Gallen graduates are highly sought after for German speaking companies in German speaking world. If you speak fluent German, I think the chance if you landing a job in Germany/Switzerland is very high. If you don't speak German, it will be very very challenging. You might be interested in securing a job in UK, but then again you will face competition from the likes of Oxbridge, LBS, LSE and Imperial. Plus, doing a UK internship when you are a student in St Gallen will be very costly.
Honestly, there is no guarantee of anyone securing their ideal job regardless of their university. University reputation only helps you until the interview process, and competition for the highest paying jobs such as IB/Consulting is very tough.
You stated that you wish to find investors for your startup. Well that boils down on how you present your ideas actually, and you will need some luck on meeting the right people as well.
I think its better for you to decide on what you really want to do. If you are willing to work hard on learning the native language of the country where your university is located and are determined to get excellent marks and internships, still there is no guarantee, but there will be a much better chance on landing a job.
If money is an issue, you can hedge your risk by getting 700 GMAT. Other than St Gallen, I'm pretty sure the other universities you have mentioned may provide you with some scholarships.
