All schools will accept a 650 GMAT, its just a lot tougher to get accepted to a top program. What you have done post graduation probably has more influence than anything else. Especially if you want to go PT. Scholarships are harder to get, and honestly unless you are on the upper end of the profile you wont get money.
There are plenty of resources to research schools. Of course there are the two big name MBA's in Chicago (Kellogg & Booth), but there are numerous other options if you spend sometime looking for other options. Your post probably isn't going to get much of response.
