I want to know of top colleges that provide with a 1-1.5 years of Executive MBA course in US and Europe, where the session starts in Spring.

Don't exactly know the particulars, whether programs are 1 or 1.5 years long or when they start, but you can definitely have a look at an executive MBA ranking 2020.
Deciding on your college will surely take a lot more consideration than just ranking so keep all factors in mind.

Recently I heard from my Former coursemate that he got admitted to International Business School Norway.
As far as I remember he has had only 1,2 year of experience.
