Thanks for sharing. At this point in time, if you do everything you say you will, it seems like you could have a fair shot at Columbia and at NYU. Your academic record is ok - - 3.3 GPA coupled with top grades via extension courses and hopefully a 700+ GMAT. That'll at least put you in the competitive category for each. Your professional experience sounds very interesting - just focus on continuing to take on as much responsibility/leadership, etc. on your job. Your career narrative makes sense to me, so that's good

Finally, looks like you're getting involved in the community -- make the most of that. Really try to make a meaningful impact on the organizations so that you come out with some strong stories of leadership and impact on that front as well.
So, the real answer is -- it depends what happens over the next 1-2 years! Go rock it!
