Find the number of ways the letters of the word MISSOURI can be arranged so that all vowels are never together.

Bunuel please help in this one! Not sure if the solution is:

(A) 8!/(2!*2!) - 5!*4!
(B) 8!/(2!*2!) - 5!*3!

I'm also have a weakness in combinatorics. Mainly because I don't have a solid understanding. Waiting for the experts to share some light.
