Hi All,
I am an Indian Female aspiring to apply for Executive MBA.
I have Bachelors(India) and Masters in Chemical Engineering (USA).
I have worked in multiple industries before Masters and after. Total years of experience are 8+ years without including Masters. I am planning to apply for EMBA in Wharton Business School and looking to strengthen Strategy and Finance. My long term goal is to be part of the Team of Board Members and play a vital role for a company's future.
With my current job, I find hard to get some time for Community Service. During Master's, I had researched on developing a novel method for deducting allergens. This research later received NIH funding and soon started to become a prototype and my college successors are working on this. I am happy the research is progressing.
My question: Can I use this experience as a community service because it is linked directly to society? I had pursued my professor to approve on this research topic. So I can write a lot on how I independently worked on getting the prototype which later became a big research topic receiving awards.
Please do let me know if there are any other topic I can add to strengthen my application.
