So has anybody heard about this company ? I checked out their careers profile and there was no mention of top b-school campus recruitment. Am just trying to get a feel if b-schools even cater to the agricultural sector. So was just curious to know. May be I should contact the respective career departments at the schools but wanted to get a feel at this forum first.

I dont know if Monsanto recruits much, the only argi business that I know has a great MBA program is Cargil. A lot of the heavy equipment companies that cater to the industry have MBA programs. A quick look into Monsanto shows they send a lot of managers to EMBA programs, their CFO/EVP went to Kellogg and a bunch of high ups for their worldwide businesses seem to have EMBA's from Kellogg too. So while they may not recruit heavily there are probably alums from lots of programs (especially places either local to or with EMBA/PT programs like Wharton, Kellogg, Booth, etc.) and you can definitely use that network. It also shows they do value the degree and might be willing to give you a chance.
