Is there a simple strategy to solve questions that ask you to find total of a table with 7 rows and 7 columns

I cant draw a table here..

The table is like this
1 2 3 4 5 6 7
-2 -4 -6-8 -10- -12 -14.
.
.
.
.
.
7 14 ...................49

There are some shortcut methods but they depend on the table...

Its not clear with the given table that what would be the 3rd line...

It requires more info...

I am not sure but i think the series in each row looks like arithmatic progression we can use

sum = n( a1 + an) /2 for individual row and add it.

this is from OG. I believe there is a certain pattern for each row. From there it would be easier to work out the sum.

I forgot to add that
for some rows we may need to apply the following formula

sum = n [ 2*a1 + (n-1) d]/ 2

n= num of terms
d = common differnce between 2 consecutive tems

If the sum of the first row is S, what are then sums of the other rows in terms of S?

Note that each row is AP (at least the ones mentioned are). Hence the average of each row is the middle column (4th Column). The sum of each row = 7x(middle column)

Hence, sum of table = 7x(sum of all terms in middle column)
