If we take the original price as 100, then A is selling at 80, and B will sell at 72.

let's assume that marked Price=120
after 20% Discount=100
to keep retail price 100 wid 10% Discount marked price would be 10% ×120=12
Final mark price=132
%100/132=75%

then b = 80*.9 ; 72$
