100% agree.

A low score on AWA can be for a variety of reasons. As I understand, there is something called an e-rater. I don't know how much can it make sense of the sentences, but I am sure it can check for spelling errors. Therefore, after a certain number of errors, it will start penalizing you. Secondly, just in case it appears from your essays that you didn't finish the section, E.g. - last sentence is incomplete / paragraph is incomplete or it is obvious that you have stopped abruptly due to time limitation, you will be penalized for that.

I got my AWA score this morning (took GMAT on 11/01/10) and got a 5.5 (77%). I guess the percentile drops pretty fast on AWA.
