hi,
iam confused about choosing major in MBA.i want to do either finance or human resourses management.anyone suggest me which is the best for me as a career ?
i heard that as a girl choose a finance as a career is so difficult than HR.
so anyone help to suggest me or give me some website name from which i can research & take a decision.

Which field is better really depends on your interests and goals. Are you more interested in bonds, equities, complex calculations, and structuring transactions? Or, are you more interested in questions related to recruiting, staffing, benefits, and making certain that the firm follows the law and its own policies when hiring, firing, compensating, and promoting people?
Gender does not determine one's suitability for one field or another. While there tends to be a larger percentage of men in finance and women in HR but this has much more to do with traditional gender roles than with the difficulty of either field.
