If you’re looking at finance, I’d recommend the new program from Booth. They have a pretty strong reputation and finance though through their business school.

I believe MIT also has a number of programs to consider but I am pretty weak when it comes to masters so I’m sorry.

PS. I feel for a masters which I would assume have less of a defined career path you want to be either in a program with a strong placement track record or close to the employment center such as New York, Charlotte, or San Francisco or wherever finance is concentrated these days. Ultimately looking at where you want to be and where you want to work in the long-term and positioning yourself there ahead of time. So if you’re thinking of Bank of America and Charlotte is a great place to be for the next five years, I think both of your choices are great. At the same time if you want to be in New York, you may as well consider Columbia or Stern but they would be pricier.
