I have just taken my second GMATPrep, and the score was not what I expected. I got a score of
(Q42, V25 - 560). The day before, I've taken the MGMAT CAT and scored 630 (Q46, V31).
I have to admit that I was more tired and distracted for the GMATP, but I don't want to put that as an excuse. I really wanted to write the test within the next 2 weeks. My aim is to have a score of 600+. I have materials such as the books from MGMAT, Princeton Review, OG and GMAT Challenges.

Hmmm...that doesn't sound to encouraging for me. I have yet to take the Gmatprep test, as I am saving it for a later date. But I received a 590 on MGMATS. I found that the questions on the MGMAT tests were somewhat different in nature to the test I found in the OG. I have a feeling that the nature of the questions between MGMAT and GMATPREP will be the differernt also. I think it basically boils down to your basics.

From the both tests, find your weak areas, concentrate those weak areas for a week by studying some more books and doing some more questions on those areas.. then, take the tests again after a week..
if you dont have particular area and lacking in all the areas, then you should concentrate on foundation on the fundamentals. If you are apping for fall'09, you can postpone the test for some more time and get better meanwhile..
