It is B
From the left side of HAHHH, you will see that H must be 1 b/c none of the numbers from 0, 1, 2...9 plus with 8 resulting more than 20. Then you will continue with the right side of 1A111, you will find F =3.
Finally you will have HAHHH =12111, and 1+2+1+1+1=6 divisible by 3, it is B

1-2+1-1+1=0 divisible by 11 (12111=11*1101) it is C
, it is C. "1-2+1-1+1=0" is a rule, may you generalize it? 
the solution and how to get to solution.
