Consistently scoring ~650, cannot break 700

Dear gmatclubbers,
i would like to kindly address my issue to you and seek some help/guidance from your side.
I have a tremendous problem scoring anything close to 700 on actual GMAT (with highest so far - 660).
I have been doing few months of self-studying, with 1500 questions done so far at GMATclub from mid-August until now.
First I covered most of the Quant topics, solving problems starting from 600-700 level, and gradually, as my expertise has been rising, going up to 700-level problems.
Same with Verbal - first I covered most of the question types in CR, and now I have gone through SC, with only RC not covered in much detail.
I can see that my confidence and knowledge certainly grew, and I went to the test center with good hopes, yet I felt completely devastated yesterday after seeing 640 score after two months of preparation (last time, in mid-September, I also scored 640, while back then I had not known as much as I do know about CR, SC, and some Quant topics).
Do you happen to have a piece of advice for me?
I have been putting all my free time (that is, couple of hours after full working day on weekdays, and another ~10 hours over weekends) into preparation, and it is just so frustrating to see all these efforts in vain.
I would appreciate any tips/suggestions.
Thank you!
