Ladies and Gents,
I contacted the consortium today after receiving some information form them in the mail thought I would pass this along, perhaps it can help someone else.
The consortium is an organization dedicated to furthering the number of African American, Hispanic American, and Indian AMericans in business. They have a standing relationship with many great B-schools where you can fill out their one application and do their one interview and pay only $330 or so and be considered for decisions at all the schools. The schools include Ross, Darden, NYU, Tuck and many others.

To be eligible you must be a US citizen, have a bachelors degree, and be able to demonstrate support of the the mission statement of the organization. Meaning you do not have to be ethnic, but you do have to demonstrate impact in the community. Impact was defined very vaguley and included activities such as tutoring and mentoring. If this suits you even vaguley I recommend checking it out.
Seems like a great program to impact the under representation of minorities. I pursued this because I am 1/2 hispanic and 1/2 caucasian and wanted to make sure that I was eligible.
