We work with many Indian applicants with INSEAD in particular. A 730 is a good GMAT score (stronger for INSEAD than for US - where competition is especially fierce for Indian applicants and mean aGMAT scores are higher).
Your brief description of yourself seems to check some of the boxes but frankly I'd have to know more in order to predict your chances or give you the advice that you are seeking on how to maximize your candidacy. What do you want to do post-MBA? Why are those your goals? What type of work experience has comprised the last 3 years? How has that informed your choice to apply to b-school? What kinds of activities are you involved with outside of work? How will these activities inform what kind of community steward and alum you'll be after b-school?
You are on the younger end of INSEAD, but you are in a sweeter spot for American top MBA programs. Assuming you have a good undergraduate story, good work experience and stellar and differentiated essays, you may have better luck with these schools than INSEAD, which typically attracts more experienced candidates.
