Hi folks,
I have been invited to interview for the INSEAD 24D MBA cohort. My post-MBA goal is consulting at UK, Middle East, Stockholm or Germany. Prior experience at BB IB, boutique strategy consultancy, and tech consulting.
Coming from India how feasible is it to recruit for these offices? How is the current recruitment scenario?
I would really appreciate insights from alums and current students.

If you are accepted to INSEAD, you will have plenty of opportunities to recruit for consulting roles at all of these offices. It's less about your place of origin (barring immigration/visa issues) and more about where you are coming from in an MBA program. INSEAD, as you would expect, recruits very well into the European and MENA offices.

Hi,
I had a chat today with one of my past applicants currently studying at INSEAD about this topic. They specifically mentioned its a tough year but had the confidence that as an INSEAD students, the class will see it through.
Further what I understood is that its easier if you are a sponsored candidate / have an offer to go back to your pre MBA recruiter. Maybe you should try working such an arrangement with your employer if that's something that works for you.
