BF1= Advocate's conclusion/position
BF2= Premise supporting manager's conclusion
Therefore, correct answer is option D as it is in lines with the above explanation.

Manager is revealing the reason that opposes the conclusion of advocate, it is not for the same point of view. And that is why E is wrong.
