I'm sitting for the GMAT on the 4th of January (this Wednesday). I have been trying to contact customer service for the past week to change my birthdate. The experience was unpleasant. First, it was so hard to communicate with the customer representative, and it didn't seem that they knew what they were talking about (one of them told me that I can change the birthdate myself and I kept repeating to her that I can't and it is mentioned on the website that in this case, I have call/email customers service). Also, they kept putting me on hold for a long time. They asked me to send them my passport by email which I did, but no response whatsoever. I kept insisting that my test is very soon, and the birthdate needs to be changed as soon as possible, and they kept telling me it will be changed today every time ( which didn't happen).
I am very frustrated and I don't know what to. The test being this expensive you would expect a decent customer service.
Any advice? should I postpone my test ?
