my R3 application is almost due!

For the employment section, the app requires to state responsibilities - can i just copy/paste from my resume (in bullet forms) or do i need to write a pargarpah summarizing my experience?

Activities - i graduated 6 years ago and did not have much experience except a summer job at the school, but i dont remember how many hours i did per week. Can i just leave this blank? will this hurt my application?

You can use your resume, though I'd suggest a paragraph will likely be easier to read.

Activities - I'd estimate best you can.

Yes, best estimate is worthwhile. They're not going to call and check, and even if they did, what's the chance the person they talked to would actually be able to tell them?

Writing a paragraph is a good idea. Bullets are not to be trusted. The application sort of squishes all the fields together. I wrote mine like this:

RESPONSIBILITIES:
blahblahblah. yaddayadda. Dooodooodoo.

LEADERSHIP ROLES:
blahblahblah. yaddayadda. Dooodooodoo.

ACHIEVEMENTS:
blahblahblah. yaddayadda. Dooodooodoo.

And it came out like without the spacing, and with the text all wrapped:

RESPONSIBILITES: blahblahblah. yaddayadda. Dooodooodoo. LEADERSHIP: blahblahblah. yaddayadda. Dooodooodoo. ACHIEVEMENTS: blahblahblah. yaddayadda. Dooodooodoo.
