I am an R3 applicant and getting ready to sit down and write the additional leadership essay, so am obviously not anywhere near selection. You?

And if so, congrats!

(Side rant: I was SO PEEVED when I saw there was another essay to write! I think they should have warned us something else would be required. I have a physical aversion to further essays.)

Yes, somewhere in one of the first pages of the application you just check a little box. That's all you have to do until they spring that extra essay on you.

It's the principle of the thing, man. I was SO DONE with all of that. And then....bam! I had moved on, had closed that door. Or, at least, I thought so.
