Correction in my name after GMAT registration

Hi all,
I would like to make a small correction in my name which I entered during booking my GMAT date. 
Can someone please guide me on how it can be done? I was unable to find the option to do so on the official website

The only way to make that change is to ask  Pearson customer support  to do it for you.

It's easy: just click the link in my previous post, choose how you want to connect with them (I recommend calling them during business hours), and tell them to make the change.

I am currently facing the the same issue. My given name in the gmat exam form is missing the name of my father. I did a mistake while filling the form. I tried to call the India gmat customer care number but they are cutting the call and not picking up. So I mailed them. Would my name get changed? My exam date is 8th AUGUST. Currently I am very tensed as my money could go waste. Can someone guide me what to do?

Hi everyone,

I’m having trouble updating my first name on my GMAT account to match my passport.

Here’s what I’ve tried so far:

Emailed APAC support 6 business days ago — only received an automated reply.

Submitted an online service request yesterday.

Tried calling APAC, China, and U.S. GMAT numbers multiple times — none connect.

No response so far, and I’m worried this may affect my exam registration and score reporting.

Has anyone faced a similar issue or found a way to get faster attention from GMAT support?

My issue was sorted when I emailed their USA centre email address and it was done within 2 days.

Or submit a request via their service request online form. This also raises a service request via their portal and would raise a quick response.

APAC emails were delayed for days and contact numbers did not work.
