Hello guys
I'm currently working in a Project Controls Department as a Planning specialist. I like it and wanna move on in that particular field with an emphasize on cost control activities (you know, forecasting, change orders, trends and that type of thing) and on planning itself with the use of primavera software. But I don't know what program can offer me all that. I thought about MBA in Operations but now not sure that this is what i want. Then I searched the Internet and found out Construction management programs but they all offer some technical courses as well which I don't need and I can't study because i'm humanitarian. My major's public administration and I ended up working for oil and gas project in project controls which I liked though. That's why I'm thinking of getting education in that particular field but a bit mixed up what program I can apply to improve my knowledge.
Any ideas?
