Hi luckym,
Thanks for reaching out. Academics are a big component of the application and for that, schools look at your college/bachelor's GPA and your GMAT. So I think you're right to continue focusing on GMAT to ensure a strong showing there. Based on some quick research I did, one of the schools on your list has a minimum GMAT requirement of 600, though that's just the minimum. It seems that some of them have averages in the high 600s, or even 705 for ISB Hyderabad. So if you can score in the higher end of that range (670), and ideally closer to 700, I think that you should be in good shape.
The promotions at work are great and your activities outside work are strong too. What are your goals after the MBA? Are you aiming to switch out of IT? If so, be sure you can show transferable skills, and have done some research on how you'll make that career switch.
Lastly, I'm not really an expert on programs in Asia, so suggest you take a look at the Financial Times ranking if you need to identify other one-year programs.
Best of luck!
Kate
