Hi Experts,
I slightly agree with option C as well, although I marked option E. But I ruled out option C because the argument states "to manufacture the goods that it currently produces in its home country for sale in Country X". Doesn't this mean that the company already has a sustainable market in country X? Please explain.

GMATNinja - Can you please help with option choice A here? I cannot understand how the statement in the paragraph indicates that it only want to increase profits and indicates that the factory is already opened in Country X. Hence, Option choice A is incorrect?
From the passage, I cannot make out that factory is already opened in country X and we would only like to increase profits and not worry about getting permits to open the factory?

Thanks

GMAT works on keywords.. the keyword here is "Long Term" - "Sustainable" - Hence C.. I didn't mark C just because of they keyword. Of course, I did a negation and it fit but this keyword thingy was a reinforcer that my answer is correct.
