Use that time to put more effort into your GMAT studies. A strong quant score will say more about your mathematical abilities (given the test conditions) than a summer intro to math/stats course will.

I'm focusing on the GMAT as well. However, Calculus is not an intro course!

Calculus for "Business" likely isn't that challenging. Besides, what will a strong mark (an A even) do for your GPA? It'll increase it by some tiny margin at best. I'd take the time you were going to use to study for that course and dump it into your GMAT efforts. But, do as you will.
