Cover Letter and Video - Tips

Hi all, I am preparing the cover letter and video for the MBA Program at MIT Sloan. I find it super challenging though, as you have a very short space/time to do so. I have a couple of questions for you: - Essay: having only 300 words, what I am trying to do is to very briefly explain why I want an MBA and what are the experiences/characteristics that make me a good fit for Sloan. But due to the short space I really cannot put in the text any reference to specific clubs, classes, professors or peculiarities of Sloan. As of now it sounds quite generic. Is it a problem for you? I think I address some notorious characteristics of Sloan, but to be honest it sounds like I use the content of Sloan website's homepage. - Video: through one very insightful experience I had, I try here to show again why I am a good fit fro Sloan and some of my traits. Despite I talk about a very specific experience that conveys a lot of information about me, I really think the content of the video is quite overlapping with the Essay. Do you have tips on this?
Thank you!
